On September 26-30 and October 1-4, 2008 in Tbilisi, at Conference Hall of Public Broadcasting Company, Project and Time Management Training has been carried out for the benefit of Public Broadcasting Company top and middle management.

Training aimed to increase theoretical knowledge of the Public Broadcasting Company’s high and middle management with regards to Projects and Time Management issues. The training should help establishment of flexible and efficient system of operation.

Following Project and Time Management related issues have been dealt with during the training: Importance of Project and Planning for Efficient Operation of Organization; Setting Tasks and Making up Strategy; Management Process; Mission Functions; Organization and Environment Analysis and Combination; Management Process; Basic Skills of Management; Spread of Corporate Culture and Management of Changes; Leaders and their Characteristics and so forth.

Training has been carried out by Civil Society Institute within the frameork of USAID Administrative Reform Program
